Coline Jenkins, the great, great, granddaughter of Elizabeth Cady Stanton, one of the pioneers of the Women’s movement, recites the words of the Equal Rights Amendment which is designed to include women in the Constitution of the United States of America. This amendment is still pending for ratification in the US Congress since Virginia became the 38th State to ratify it in the year 2019.
